Amendments
Clients will work with our Collections Team to organise what information is required by the client and what adjustments the client may like to see in the design. Structural changes will incur hourly rates by the architect and drafting team, with a fee proposal being provided by the architect at the time of discussion of amendments.
Workshop
A two hour workshop with the architect is included in the price of the collection piece where the design and aesthetic choices can be reviewed and discussed for architect and interior design input. Further workshops are priced at $400 per two hour session.
Transparent pricing
Fee proposals are submitted for client approval based on the design changes required.

This will be implemented by the epic drafting team and can take as little as 1 week to complete if all required information is supplied.
2. Assessment by a recommended planner for audit of regulatory requirements
Epic architecture works with preferred planners. They will assist to audit proposed development for all approvals. They will also facilitate applications for council, including all communique with the local council or private certifier, for your project to begin construction.
Please see added fees section for estimated cost
It is highly recommended that all clients engage a private planner
3. Builder discussions for estimate of cost and availability
Many clients will have builders in their area who they prefer to have a look through the project and begin project discussions. Epic Architecture has a network of builders who clients can reach out to, yet we do not guarantee availability
4. Joinery consultant and estimating
Depending on your builder and your decision to which contract you choose, you may be visiting with a joinery team to specify and price your carpentry.
